CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Take the dress out of the bag it comes in as soon as you receive it and hang it on a hanger. Use steamer to straighten out all the wrinkles. We'd recommend steaming bottom layers of the skirt first for a fuller skirt.

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customer is responsible for correct shipping address.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refunded.
In case you'd like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a new shipping fee will be charged.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Stolen packages are responsibility of the buyer.
If the package is marked as 'Delivered' but you still can't locate it, please consider taking these steps - check the area around your residence, check with the members of your household, your neighbors. If still not found, please check with your mailman.
All Priority Mail USA orders are insured for the amount of $50 USD and in case they're lost or stolen, a buyer can submit a claim with USPS.
