SAGE BOW TIE
Pre-tied which makes it very easy to wear. It will keep its perfect shape throughout the event and won't look droopy.
Made out of matte NO shiny poplin fabric.
Baby size is made with a velcro closure on the strap for ease of use. Boy and adult sizes made with a hook and length adjuster on the strap, easily adjustable around the neck.
CHARCOAL GREYSUSPENDERS
Made out of a stretchy elastic and are highly adjustable with a length adjuster. Total length will stretch an extra 5" to 10" depending on the size.
Silver clips are made with plastic inserts that protect the fabric of your pants and keep suspenders in place.

First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail USPS shipping options are available at checkout.
First Class will take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.
Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending on where in the USA you’re located.
Express Mail is the only delivery method with a guaranteed delivery date. It will take 1-2 days to arrive.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Most international orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
First Class International will take 10 - 21 business days to arrive depending on how fast it clears customs (Canada, Australia, UK, EU). Most orders arrive within 10 - 14 days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply; these are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs are.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Customer is responsible for correct shipping address.
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fee is not refunded.
In case you'd like us to re-ship a refused or undeliverable package, a new shipping fee will be charged.
LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Stolen packages are responsibility of the buyer.
If the package is marked as 'Delivered' but you still can't locate it, please consider taking these steps - check the area around your residence, check with the members of your household, your neighbors. If still not found, please check with your mailman.
All Priority Mail USA orders are insured for the amount of $50 USD and in case they're lost or stolen, a buyer can submit a claim with USPS.

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, strictly.
Returns postmarked outside of the 30 day return policy do not qualify for a refund and will be donated.
Returns must be received in a new condition, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Items that are not returned in their original condition are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Neckties must be returned folded twice only; neckties that are returned folded multiple times are not considered to be in their original condition and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Returns of 6+ items might be a subject to a re-stocking fee of $5.00. To be determined on an individual basis.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. It will normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Again, make sure your return is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, strictly.
Item(s) you're willing to exchange must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to exchange the order.
To exchange your items, simply place a new order for the item(s) you would like your original order to be exchanged for and ship back your original order to us.
